Salads are the core of all healthy meals. You will find yourself being created and adding more things as you go along. But you never thought of adding black seed oil, did you? Most recipes ask you to add on some black seed powder or seeds, but in this very creative recipe you will add in some black seed oil. Not too much, just 1/8 teaspoon. For some that will not be enough and they will add in some more oil or some powder for extra healthy meals.
Place all the greens in a big bowl with some chopped red cherry tomatoes and the green onions. Season the salad well and then mix the olive oil and lemon juice and black seed oil in a small bowl. With a small spoon spritz the oil dressing all over the salad.
Place on a plate and then on the side add on the poached eggs. If you like you can make some toast and place the eggs on the toast on the right hand side and place the salad on the left side.
